We have stringent vetting procedures that we adhere to, for both our British and International teachers. We follow the REC and DCSF guidelines. We have been awarded the Quality Mark, which is a testament to our commitment to quality procedures

Dedicated Overseas Offices

We have an overseas office in Australia. Our staff are all teachers with experience working and living in England. They continue an ongoing recruitment campaign year round travelling national and internationally to meet and hire teachers. We are affiliated and regularly attend Universities within Australia and other countries to offer new graduates information on best practice in the classroom and we speak to them about teaching in England.

Hosting International Visits

We offer our schools the opportunity to travel to Australia, Canada, NZ and the US to interview teachers. These events are timed appropriately and organized with precision to suit individual school circumstances and school year timings. Great detail is paid to pre arrival preparation and post trip feedback. We look forward to helping you host a recruitment drive in the near future. For more information contact us.

We offer a range of employment options.

We understand that each school will have a different reason as to why they have a vacancy, as a result we provide a range of hiring options. Teachers can be hired on a permanent basis or alternatively teachers can be hired on temporary contract through us. This allows schools to assess before making a permanent commitment. Other reasons maybe due to maternity of long term sickness.

Transitional Support

Any teacher that is hired through Vision for Education is supported on an ongoing basis. To us this means:

• Preparing the teacher for teaching in the UK through assessment and evaluation
• Offering support with finding accommodation, setting up bank accounts prior to arrival
• Conducting a thorough induction with each individual teacher about the British National Curriculum and other related topics
• Liaising with the appointing school to make sure the teacher has been assigned a mentor and that any pre arrival planning has been completed
• We even pick our teachers up from the airport

Visa and Sponsorship Advice and Help

We provide schools and teachers with the latest information on working rights for the UK. We are constantly in contact with the British High Commissions at various overseas locations to check on the latest Entry Clearance Visa information.

We assist our overseas teachers with all aspects of applying for an appropriate visa for teaching in England. We also provide advice and assistance to schools on the new Certificate of Sponsorship online management system.
